Facial Cupping Step 1
This is the first step in your at-home facial cupping sequence! Activating the lymphatic system is important so we will start with flash cupping over the thymus gland. Squeeze and hold your cup for 1-2 seconds and then release. Next, you will begin dynamic cupping: squeeze, slide, and release from the center of the chest toward the underarms. Practice flash cupping in the crevasse between the collarbone and the neck. Avoid this area when pregnant. Finally, flash cupping under the chin will help support drainage. Do each of these moves to begin your practice 3-9 times.
